Introduction
Do you have a battery which is not charging? Follow along with the steps here to diagnose and work on fixing the issue!
Step 1
Ensure only the non-charging battery is installed on your eBike.
Discharge any excess electricity in the system by holding the POWER button for 10 seconds or until your screen flashes.
Read the voltage of your Battery with a digital multimeter.
If you have a 52V Battery this should be over 45V. If less please attempt to charge your battery with the stock charger.
If you have a 48V Battery this should be over 42V. If less please attempt to charge your battery with the stock charger.
Reinstall just non-charging battery on your eBike.
