Introduction
If the TRAMA Suspension Fork on your Roguehawk eBike is having issues with the lockout knob moving between locked and unlocked you might need to resear it. This is a relatively simple procedure to easily get you riding!
You will need the following tools to do this:
Phillips Screwdriver
Step 1
Locate the Lockout Knob on the non-rotor side of the fork.
Use a Phillips screwdriver and loosen, then remove the Phillips screw in the middle of the knob
Step 2
With the screw removed, take off the lockout knob. There will be a spring underneath - take care to not loose it!
Align the hexagonal notch in the lockout knob the the metal hexagonal receiver positioned within the fork, ensuring the springs inserted there as well.
Step 3
With the lockout kob positioned where you would prefer it, tighten the screw back into the top of it to reinstall the knob back onto the fork.
Test that your lockout knob works by rotating it! If it reached the locked, and unlocked position you are good to go!
If your fork has trouble reaching both positions return to Step 2, and check that the knob is properly seated.
