How to remove and install Juggernaut XD Dual Drive Motor

Introduction

Watch the following video for instructions on how to remove, and reinstall the Juggernaut XD Dual-Drive Motor!

You will need the following tools to do this:

  • Needlenose Pliers

  • Blue Loctite

  • Phillips Screwdriver

  • 13mm Wrench

  • 15mm Wrench

  • 10mm Wrench

  • 10mm Socket + Ratcheting Wrench

  • Crank Arm Puller

  • Metric Allen Key Set

    • 8mm, 6mm, 5mm, 4mm, 3mm, 2.5mm

This is not an easy job - you should be moderately mechanically competent to perform it. We recommend you set aside at least half an hour for installation and a half hour for removal. Having a helper nearby for help can also make this easier!
