Introduction
Quill Stems are found on some Stunner X and Stunner Step-Over/Step-Thru models. These can be adjusted after they are attached to the bike - follow these instructions for the procedure on adjusting them!
Step 1
- Loosen the two bolts circled
- Adjust the angle of the stem
- Tighten these two bolts back up
Step 2
- Loosen these two circled bolts slightly - just enough that you can rotate the handlebars.
- Adjust the angle of the handlebars to your desired position.
- Tighten the two bolts back up.
