Introduction
To perform some basic troubleshooting on the Biktrix Roguehawk you may need to access the eBike's controller. Follow these instructionsto do so!
You will need the following tools to access the controller:
Phillips Screwdriver
Crank Arm Puller + 15mm Wrench
8mm Allen Key
Step 1
Use the 8mm Allen Key to remove the crank arm bolt on the Non-Drive side of the eBike
This is the side that does not have the chain
Thread your Crank Arm Puller into the crank arm. Then use it to remove the Crank Arm on this side of the eBike
Step 2
Remove the 6 screws circled in the first image with a Phillips screwdriver.
With all 6 screws removed, you can remove the controller cavity cover and access the motor controller and other connectors.
With all of the connectors accessible you can proceed with further troubleshooting processes.
To reassamble the bike, reverse the steps you took to access the controller cavity!
