Getting Started
You would need this guide if your Dual Battery powered bike is exhibiting the following symptoms.
The bike turns on with only one battery connected.
One of the two batteries remains full while the other discharges.
Initial Diagnostics
Refer to the attached schematic that demonstrates the concept of the Dualizer connection on our DUO Series bike.
Insert the stock hidden (in-frame) battery into the bike. Check if the bike turns on.
Remove the hidden battery from the bike.
Put your Range Extender battery onto the bike and check if the bike turns on.
If the bike turns on only with ONE of the two batteries then the Dualizer might be faulty OR the connection from the affected battery to the dualizer is broken. Please select your bike model for steps on how to access your bike's dualizer
