Remove your seat post and seat from the bike. To do this you will need to:
- Unclamp the "Quick Release" Seat Post Clamp
- If you have a "Bolt On" Seatpost Clamp loosen the bolt with a 4mm Allen Key
With any Seat Post clamp loosened remove the seatpost from your bike
Loosen the circled bolt located on the bottom face of the top of the bike's seat post. While loosening this you will need to hold the silver cylindrical nut that secures this bolt that is located in between the bottom of the seat and top of the seat mounting bracket.

With the bolt loosened pivot the clamp as seen in the second picture attached to thus. You can then remove the seat from the seat post.
