How to check charging port on Juggernaut DUO

To do this you will need:
3mm Allen Key
Remove your internal hidden battery
The charging port is located on the drive side of the bike on the downtube close to the fork and handlebars - it is circled in the image below
On the bottom of the downtube remove the circled screw with a Philips screwdriver. Remove the screw and the toggle switch it is holding on the bike.
Remove the three circled screws with a 3mm Allen Key
Pull out the bike lock assembly - with the previous screws removed it can be easily tilted and slid out.
Examine the wires behind the on bike charging port. They should be connected to the charging port and not be loose when slightly pulled. If they are not connected to anything contact support for further assistance.
If the charging port is loose you can tighten it with an adjustable wrench. If there is any adhesive preventing a wrench from getting a good grip you can remove the adhesive with a knife/ blade.
If wires are loose remove the battery discharge port on the bottom end of the downtube close to the motor. Remove the circled screws with a 3mm Allen Key
Remove the discharge port or remove it enough that you can view the wires and connections around it.
Track the wires leaving the charging port and locate where they are connected to. There should be either a black 2-pin JST connector or a yellow XT30 connector somewhere along that line.
You will need to check that they are connected with the correct polarity ie red connecting to red and black leading to black.
If the wires are connected to their correct colours you have nothing to be concerned about
If the wires are not connected to the correct corresponding colours take a picture of this and contact Support. Send the picture and let us know that you found and we can send a kit for replacing and parts that may be damaged.
This below is an example of a miswired charging port - note how the wires are not attaching to the same coloured wire on each side of the connector
Reinstall the battery lock and discharge port following the reverse of the procedures you performed for removing them.
