To do this you will need
- A Philips screwdriver
- A 2.5mm Allen Key
Remove your battery and power on your display to discharge excess electricity from the system.
Remove the screw circled below with the Phillips screwdriver then remove the plastic cover which that screw held in.
Remove the two crews circled below, the top screw with a Philips screwdriver and the bottom screw with the 2.5mm Allen key.
You can now slide out the battery locking bracket and examine the connection of the power wires to the bracket. If these are not firmly connected contact support for the next steps to take for fixing this.
