    Requesting an update on case 30185? Our Stunner's (step-through & step-over) bikes are still not shifting properly.

    I made all the adjustments suggested by your level one support staff. Is it possible to speak with a Tech support person?? Our bikes are rideable, but we have to get off our bikes and manually move the cable at the hub to shift from 3rd,4th,5th back to 2nd, or 1st.

    This is our second week trying to resolve our shifting.

    Love the bikes ... extremely disappointed with Biktrix's support.
