Amazing ... I just finished assembling my $4,000 Biktrix e-bike and am ready to ride it, but NOWHERE is there a user's manual. I therefore have NO idea what the various controls are for, how to charge the battery, or do anything else with it.

And don't tell me to review the 1,000 articles on your website. I've already read the dozen or so that have titles like "user's guide", "new rider resources", etc., and NONE of them address my immediate questions.

On a scale of zero to 100 (with 100 being best), I rate your new customer support at ZERO. NEVER have I been so disappointed in a new product.

Funny, I was just praising them for the massive support/information they have here.

John, just type "Biktrix user guide" in the search bar near the top of this or any page and the first search return will be the PDF user guide you are looking for!
It is listed on many of the resources pages too but since you had trouble spotting it, this would be the simplest way to find it in about 2 seconds!!

To Kfalxa -- Thank you for your kind attempt to help, but the fact is I had already found and read that "Biktrix User Guide" before I wrote my comment above. And at that time, I had found the guide very unhelpful, because all it did was guide me through bike assembly (which is something I'd already done) and told me nothing on how to  actually use the controls or electronic display or charge the batteries.

Fortunately, eventually I did track down the Biktrix guides that tell users specifically how to charge the battery and use the electronic display. However, it took so long to find the right guides for my particular bike and display (i.e., a couple hours of trial and error), that I still rate the Biktrix support for new customers at "very low".

As someone who's new both to the current generation of e-bikes and to Biktrix, I really wish the company would invest more time and effort into better organizing its user guides.
